It is aimed to develop a model that can provide clinical support to physicians in the diagnosis of covid-19 with open source access artificial intelligence based software prototyping designed by Inonu University Faculty of Medicine Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics.
A model based on deep learning and image processing has been developed by using images from Chest Computed Tomography (CT). With this designed model, covid-19 classification can be done by web based software prototyping.
